When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional name. When you use the app, we store TIE expiry dates and application tracking data (registro numbers, submission dates, status check logs) that you voluntarily enter.
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is necessary to provide the service you signed up for. We do not rely on consent for core service functionality.
Your data is used solely to provide the service: showing you your renewal timeline, tracking your application status, and sending you deadline reminders if you opt in. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.
We use a single session cookie set by Supabase Auth to keep you signed in. This is an essential cookie required for the service to function — no consent is required under the ePrivacy Directive. We also store two items in your browser's local storage (your document checklist state and current renewal step) to preserve your progress between visits. We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.
Data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. You can also delete individual TIE records and application entries using the delete buttons on each item. To exercise any other right, contact us at the address below.
