RenewMyTIE is a guidance tool for Highly Qualified Professionals (HQP/PAC) renewing their TIE residence card under Spain's Law 14/2013. It provides checklists, deadline tracking, status monitoring, and informational content based on real renewal experience.
This service does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for it. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed by using it. Immigration law is complex and individual circumstances vary.
For complex situations — appeals, missed deadlines, desistimiento, multiple applications, or any situation where your right to remain in Spain is in question — consult a qualified immigration lawyer. Guidance here reflects one person's experience with one application and may not apply to yours.
We make every effort to keep content accurate and up to date, but Spanish immigration regulations, required documents, fees, and procedures can change. Always verify requirements against official government sources before submitting your application. We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on information from this service.
Pro access is available for a one-time payment of €20. This unlocks dashboard features, saved applications, and renewal reminders. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Payments are non-refundable once Pro access has been activated. If you have a technical issue that prevents you from accessing Pro features, contact us and we will resolve it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. On deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.
This service is intended for personal use by individuals managing their own TIE renewal. You may not use it to scrape content, resell access, or misrepresent our guidance as official government information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenewMyTIE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed deadlines, rejected applications, administrative decisions, or any other outcome related to your immigration process. Your renewal is your responsibility.
