I am on an HQP/PAC permit (Profesional Altamente Cualificado)

Check your TIE card — it should reference Law 14/2013 or 'movilidad internacional'

I am still with the same employer

If you changed employers, you need a new application, not a renewal

I still meet the salary threshold
